We loved our condo it was absolutely gorgeous!!
All one level condo, the lay out was perfect and extremely clean. The cutting edge appliances, amazing shower and comfortable king beds were beyond wonderful!!! From celing to floor the decoration were elegant.

Beautiful Getaway
This is the first time we have been back to the Highlands since it was rebuilt. We were regular visitors prior to the fire. They have done a wonderful job rebuilding. It is spacious clean and the view is still outstanding.

This was our first time staying here since the fire destroyed everything. We stayed before the fire and couldn’t wait to stay again. Our place was fantastic! I’m a picky person and our condo was beyond clean and beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again. You will not want to stay anywhere else once you have stayed here. The views from our condo was spectacular.

Excellent Stay!
The apartment looks much better in person than in the pictures! Check in was easy, everything was extremely clean, and there were more than enough supplies in the unit for a week stay. The complex is located on a hill so be careful during the last 2-3 minutes driving to the location and take your time. My family and I were very impressed with the quality of bedding, design, and decor. There’s a fireplace, balcony, and the view is breathtaking from the living room. We truly enjoyed our time at Highlands of the Smokies and wouldn’t hesitate to return when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Best place we have ever stayed
Starting in the 1980’s, we stayed here at least twice a year - so many memories. Once it was rebuilt, we had to stay again. The property, unit, and view cannot be beat. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Some construction is still going on. The living area has a full glass view which is beautiful. At times, the sun shines directly in that room. Some kind of light filtering blinds would help. I would only use them when needed, because the view is amazing. We will definitely be back. We have already recommended it to family and friends.

Gatlinburg Weekend Getaway
This beautiful property is in a great location, just off the Gatlinburg Bypass and convenient to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We loved the views of the mountains and Gatlinburg. The condo is finished with luxury details throughout.

Simply Stunning...
This place did not disappoint! Location was perfect, as it was less then 10 minutes to town or the park. We were 3 women traveling alone and we felt very safe here. Unit was super clean and felt like home with the tasteful decor. The grounds are maintained wonderfully and the pool and hot tub were clean and warm. We've been coming to this area with our children for 15 years and we have stayed in cabins and condos all with fantastic views, but we felt this was the closest feeling to the mountains yet. You feel engulfed in them when you are looking out the large windows of this unit! The only negative is the lightbulbs in the bathrooms...while gorgeous mood lighting, they do not work for getting ready purposes. Thankfully we had make-up mirrors along to help with this. Obviously, this would not deter us from staying again, however, we know to come prepared. We are already talking about when we can make it back!

Best Views of the Smokies
We just enjoyed our second stay in unit 304. It was wonderfully tranquil stay. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. We enjoyed the views from the pool and firepit area as well. We already have our October reservations.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Location, Beautiful View!!!
We loved how close everything was to our Luxury Condo...really a great experience in a newly constructed building overlooking Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. My only complaint was terrible bathroom lighting...the designer bulbs look great but they don't help you see yourself in the mirrors AT ALL! We went to Lowes and bought inexpensive clamp lights and put 40 watt frosted LED bulbs in them so my wife could put on her make up every morning. They easily clamped onto the existing fixtures and pushed light exactly where she needed it on her face. We could have taken the bathroom wall sconces apart and put bulbs in them but did not want to risk breaking the fixtures. Also, please keep the door open to the Work Out Room to get rid of the smell of the rubber is overwhelming when you are trying to work out and breathe! Movable mats for floor exercises would help those of us over 50 that need to lay on the floor to stretch and do core exercises. Everything else was truly as next level as the pictures show...but what you can't see is just how comfortable the beds were. My family and I all slept like babies the week we were there. We will definitely go back and enjoy the Luxury Experience that Highlands Of The Smokies has to offer!

Regarding the Workout Room, we apologize for the odor issue with the rubber flooring. We understand how this can affect your workout experience. A perfect mountain escape!!
This was our third time visiting Gatlinburg and this was by far the best stay we ever had. The apartment was so beautifully decorated with thoughtful and aesthetic touches. It was impeccably clean and spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and spacious with all comforts one can dream of. The best part of our stay was the unobstructed view of the smoky mountains and downtown Gatlinburg from our living room and the bedroom balcony. The calm and serene atmosphere plus view made our stay million times worth. The kitchen was fully functional with pots and pans, coffee machine, toaster etc. This place is so close to all the major attractions that it made our trip to the downtown a piece of cake. We spent a lot of time in the pool which we all loved as a family. We absolutely loved our stay at the Highland of the Smokies and would definitely come back for sure!!

Absolutely recommend 10/10 , stayed from Friday till Sunday for a girls trip with 4 of us. Not far from all the fun things in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Easy to rent and communication was great from check in to easy check out.
