HIGHLANDS OF THE SMOKIES Mini Vacation
Highlands was 5 stars for me, I would rate it higher if I could. The views were amazing. The condo was beautiful. The booking staff was very helpful. The location I gave it 3 stars because the road was very narrow, nothing close by to eat or shop. Still had a great time. Would highly recommend it.

Nice place
This was our first time staying here and my opinion is it was a beautiful place inside and out with awesome appliances decor amd etc.. Now the downfall for us was we were staying on the fourth floor and while there was a elevator it was on tje opposite side of where our room was. Also I asked and there was only 2 luggage carts and 1 was missing. Also one other issue was there are no blinds in the living room which would be fine except when the sun is out it gets really hot and you can't sit many places without the sun blinding you. I know the view is probably why there's no blind but it definitely needs something. We also prefer a dining room table and it was my fault for not noticing that. Bar stools were very uncomfortable. Also only had one towel per person in bathroom. I hate to sound like a Debbie downer but I just wanted to give our personal review. The views are amazing and room is really nice, just had quirks we weren't happy with.

Absolutely Stunning
The views of the mountains were amazing. The property was spotless.Everyone that I came into contact with was very nice. During my stay, it was all elderly people that I saw. The only issue that I had was a complaint that came in at 6:45 PM that it was too loud. It was 4 of us in the room talking and the music was not loud at all. The contract states that quiet time starts at 10pm. If you have 4 or more in a room talking, it is not going to be complete silence. The employee that came to our room was very professional and nice and I even invited him in to see for himself that the music was not loud. He declined because he could hear from the outside that it wasn't loud.He was just doing his job so I wasn't upset with him. It was just shocking that someone would make a complaint at 6:45 PM. It was still daytime. I would definitely stay here again but if you are going to have more than 2 or 3 people, be prepared to get a complaint especially if the place is majority the elderly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a couple but you might not want to be intimate or you might have staff knocking at the door to tone it down. Other than the unnecessary complaint, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you would love to lay in your bed and see the beautiful mountains without even getting up.All of the furniture was comfortable even the mattress. I could not have chosen a better place to reside for my birthday.

Fantastic
We had a WONDERFUL stay at The Highlands, our family had been there several times before the fire It’s so so good to see out of the ashes something so nice has been rebuilt. Once we seen that The Highlands was open again it brought back so many great memories. Now we can start making new memories again. Absolutely a Beautiful place to stay. We will be back soon.

Beautiful stay
I really enjoyed my stay. We were in room 402. The only thing is that I tried to call to inform that there was a possible leak in the bathroom, nobody returned my call. Otherwise, everything was amazing. The view was beautiful and the condo itself was absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again,

What an amazing property and stay! The unit was spotless, spacious and the views were unmatched. It’s perfectly located too, away but not too far from the busyness of Pigeon Forge and a handful of minutes to Gatlinburg. The views were from unit are spectacular, the Smokies while looking at Gatlinburg day or lit up at night. Also the staff there are so kind and welcoming. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Mountain Retreat
The condo was exactly as presented in online photos. Elegant, clean and well supplied. The Mountain View was spectacular. Onsite management (Wes)was helpful. We will definitely be returning. Would recommend the Highlands for anyone that wants a great Mountain View and clean contemporary furnishings. From making our reservation to checking out we were very satisfied.

Luxurious Getaway
The condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. The finishings and appliances were top notch. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony and chairs were great. It was close to Gatlinburg, the park, and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay there again. It was breathtaking.

Exquisite decor Overly Spacious with Breathtaking Mt Views
This 2 BR condo exceeded our expectations in many ways yet very budget friendly. From gorgeous bedrooms and thought-of-everything bathroom design we enjoyed our 5 day stay at this luxurious complex. The staff were more than accommodating and very helpful and kind. Special attention was paid to the freezing snow and the hallways were salted immediately. We particularly enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows in the living area and bedroom taking in the views of Gatlinburg, day and night, and relaxing in the Beauty that proved to be a majestic peaceful atmosphere. The fireplace put out some heated ambiance to this beautiful place. We appreciated the gym and equipment provided, as well as the large windows overlooking the mountains while you exercise. We can't wait to come back to experience the pool, hot tub and warmer seasonal activities!! Overall outstanding experience!!

The unit was so nice - well kept, very modern and updated. The kitchen was very nice, and had most items one would need for cooking meals in. Location was perfect - close to downtown if you needed it, but out far enough to get a breathtaking view of the mountains. We loved every bit of staying here, and plan on booking here again in the future!

Loved! Loved! Loved!
We loved this placed. Our family of 4 (9 year old and 4 year old) loved it! I will say that this place is really nice and you would not want to stay here with younger kids from fear of them potentially destroying things. But our kids did well keeping everything intact. This place is has a modern interior, modern appliances, and the most beautiful views from all angles. My husband and I stayed here more than 10 years ago, it was really nice then, but this time it was different with all of its luxurious updates! We most definitely will return and have already shared with all of our friends, family and social media outlets.

Perfect Vacation Stay
We were so excited to stay here after finding the Highlands online. When we got there it was even more beautiful than we imagined! The condo is gorgeous and the view is perfection. We even got to see a bear in the parking lot the first night! The kitchen is so nice and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer is a definite plus because I didn’t bring home any dirty laundry! The layout makes the balcony private so when the condos filled up we still had a peaceful stay. Can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely return in the future!

AMAZING VIEWS!
This place was so amazing!! It’s not only beautiful and comfortable, but so conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. We saw bears every day. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every morning, and the fire pits every evening. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Excellent Place
We stayed for a week in the 2 bedroom unit. This place is absolutely amazing. Incredible views, spacious, luxury unit with great amenities, well worth the cost.
