Picturesque Luxury Property
This property is absolutely stunning and worth it for anyone looking to stay near Gatlinburg. The apartment is modern luxury with comfortable furniture and everything was spotless. The view is spectacular and floor to ceiling window in the living room overlooking Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains is breathtaking!

Great view, beautifully decorated.
We were very pleased with our condo rental. Very tastefully decorated and the view was great. The only very minor negative comment is that we could have used more bath linens. We couldn’t walk to Gatlinburg but we knew that and traded that for the view. Absolutely great overall and would definitely stay again.

Very Luxurious and Reasonably Priced Stay in Gatlinburg
I was looking for a more luxurious and modern vacation rental opposed to the regular cabin rental options in Gatlinburg and the Highlands did not disappoint! It had wonderful views, all high end appliances, amazing on suites, ect. I will not be staying anywhere else when I vacation in Gatlinburg from here on out. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and the booking was extremely simple. I highly recommend this place if you are searching for for something a little more upscale vs the average cabin rental, which are a dime a dozen around town.

Highlands was as lovely as described and photographed. Close to everything while also being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to allow for some quiet, peaceful relaxation. HIGHLY recommend - looking forward to a return visit soon!!

This was our first time to stay & we can’t say enough good things about enjoying this beautiful place. The views are some of the best we’ve seen of the mountains. Very peaceful & quiet. Beautiful decor and comfortable beds. I love their blankets so much that I ordered one :-).
There was construction going on but it didn’t bother us.

Briought back memories, and made new ones
The Highlands vacation rental is in an amazing location. The views are awesome and the rentals make you feel right at home. The staff is friendly very helpful, and the pool/hot tub are at the correct temperature. There is nothing better than waking up with a fresh pot of coffee and sitting on the porch overlooking downtown and the mountains. I grew up coming here with my parents and now get to enjoy it with my kids.The kids also loved the establishment and were excited to see bears that walk near the property.

The view was fantastic
When we walked into the condo, we were blown away by the view and the condo itself! We had a view of downtown and also the beautiful mountains, even the tram going up to Ober Gatlinburg. We have nothing negative to say.

My family and I had THE best experience. The suites are beautiful - very well designed and built. The location can't be beat and the price was well worth it. The best of all are the spectacular views you get from literally everywhere on the property, whether in your condo or outside.

Mountain Rest
Three days of rest looking at the beautiful Smokey Mountains. Perfect location to just see the town of Gatlinburg and view the gorgeous mountains. The condo was clean and comfortable. This was a returned visit to the same condo. The beds are the best I have ever slept on. This was time and money well spent. Thank you!

Incredible condo with an even better view
We stayed 9 nights in November and the new condos are Beautiful and worth every penny you will spend for you vacation an owner of multiple small businesses we always try to give fair but honest reviews whether good or bad. The condos which have been recently rebuilt are Beautiful. They are all outfitted with the newest and most up to date appliances and furnishings which are very beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need for your stay can definitely be found within your condo. The only complaints that we had is that the condo did not have any blinds or drapery in the living room which made for some very warm mornings with the sun coming up and on till later in the day. It’s almost impossible to sit on the sofa during that time because it’s so hot and so bright. I can’t imagine trying to sit in there during the summer months with no window coverings. We truly hope that the owners or management will greatly consider fixing this issue soon. Other than that we highly recommend the Highlands for you vacation stay.

The Perfect Getaway!
We spent four nights and five days in a luxurious condo with a spectacular view of Gatlinburg and the Smokies. In addition we were offered one free ticket for multiple activities in the area. After that, what else can I say!

Great weekend getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Highlands of the Smokies. The view from our condo was absolutely spectacular. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were exactly as expected. We traveled with 2 small children and it was exactly what we needed. The place is a quick 8 minute drive down the hill to downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous
Let me start by saying that we left already planning to come back. The property is beautiful, new, and well taken care of. The view of the mountain is breathtaking and the huge windows made it possible to really take in the view to the fullest. There was some construction materials in the back of the property that was an eyesore but honestly not a big deal to us. Close to many attractions and there’s just so much to do, wish we could have stayed longer!
