Perfect !!! Beautiful ! Our family has been staying at the highlands for 20 years . We would stay here in October with friends and come back again in November with family . The new building is beautiful . Best view of the mountains! We will definitely be back !

Excellent Stay at Highlands of the Smokies
We have found a wonderful new place to stay. The place was clean and well kept. The view amazing. I can say I wished there were a few more items in the kitchen for cooking, but other than that a stellar stay!

Had a wonderful time, location is great and view is breathtaking. Place was very clean and wonderful, the toilets felt little wobbly though lol but they worked so no worries there. Other than that all amazing! Little scary the drive up to the place with steep windy roads but the view made it worth it. Highly recommend!

Bear Crazy
Best view of the mountains. Beautiful condos. Would have been nice if they had warned us that the bypass to get there was closed from 7 PM TO 7 AM. This makes trip to any other location a challenge. The bear situation was unnerving but staff did there best to run them off property.

As for the bear activity, we completely understand how that can feel unnerving. Wildlife is part of the mountain experience, and our team is always on alert to help keep guests safe while encouraging the bears to move on.

Beautiful rebuild of
We stayed a few times in the old Highlands prior to the 2016 Smoky Mountain fire. The new rebuild is beautiful, we loved our stay. The views from the condo of the Smoky Mountains are breathtaking. My husband and I hope to return soon.

Absolutely loved our getaway to Highlands of the Smokies. Beautifully decorated condos with a luxurious vibe. Well thought out floor plan and fully stocked. Loved the floor to ceiling windows with the ever changing views! We will definitely be back!
