I’m always pleased with our accommodations at the Highlands. After the fires, every time we went to Pigeon Forge we rode up to look and see if you were building back. We. We were so excited to see some construction going on. We love it !

We loved our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, well stocked and looked just like the photos. The view was amazing!! Our family enjoyed the pool, fire pits and free tickets to local attractions. We would highly recommend Highlands of the Smokies.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and will come back! Here are the things we enjoyed:
1. The location was awesome; close to downtown Gatlinburg, with a fantastic view.
2. The grounds were kept very nice, with great Christmas decorations.
3. Great appliances, beautiful bath areas, comfortable beds.
Things that could be improved:
1. There is a great need for drapes in the living area. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow full sunlight in, which is very bright and warms up the area significantly. The glare made it difficult to see the TV.
2. There was some chipped paint and scuffs that need repair.
3. Some of the surfaces were dusty.
We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

Beautiful View, Relaxing & Comfortable
The drive up was beautiful, up looking over Gatlinburg, the view at night was spectacular, everything was clean, out of the way and very peaceful and quiet. The condo was so beautiful, sexy and relaxing! It STILL smelled new and was very clean; it had everything we needed and some. The pool area was nicely kept and clean, was not crowded at all and I will definitely visit again and LONGER next time! The staff was friendly and helpful; they even called that morning to let us know we could check in early due to traffic we didn't get to but I was very pleased when we arrived! I LOVED IT!! While we were there we visited Ol' Red's, the aquarium and The Island. For me the condo was so relaxing that's what this trip turned into... down time for US!

Incredible
We had the absolute best little vacation, we didn’t want to leave! So dreamy! Everything was so nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, stocked with essentials, great pool and fire pit area. Could go on and on but the best part was by far the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, what my dreams are made of. Please keep the pricing affordable so we can keep coming back any chance we get!

Wonderful Stay with a Gorgeous view!
This place was phenomenal! Just minutes from town and the view was unbelievable, you never get tired of that view! The condo was very nice and clean and had what I needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast one of the days we were there. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Beautiful Breathtaking Getaway
There really aren't enough beautiful words to describe this brand new condo! It is stunning and the views are absolutely amazing! We even saw a bear below the pool. So always be on the look-out! The shower in the master suite is outstanding! The elevator was a huge plus! Over all everything was great. The only critique I would offer is it would be nice to provide some hangers in the closet and a blow dryer. Although not required, most condos provide one as a courtesy. I have a feeling these few items could be lacking as it is so new. Although the view was amazing it would have been nice to have some sort of window covering in the living area for the nighttime. We will absolutely be staying here again and strongly recommend this gorgeous condo! You won't be dissappointed. Thanks for the lovely stay and we look forward to another trip soon!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views
This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It offered all the amenities that we needed. It’s new, fresh and clean and the builder spared no costs in the details. We loved our view of the mountains, downtown Gatlinburg and the pool area. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
