Family Smoky Mountain stay
Excellent location- situated in a mountain where it is a bit quieter, but still close to get to entertainment, restaurants, etc. The view from the master bedroom and living room was absolutely stunning! Beautiful space enjoyed by our family with plenty of room for all.

Annual Besties trip in Gatlinburg
The views were magnificent, condo was very spacious, modern, comfortable, everything we needed to make our annual get together the best ever! Easy check in and out. So convenient. The Gatlinburg bypass was ideal, and we did the park and ride trolly at the Gatlinburg welcome center. I highly recommend this Condo, and will book again.
So glad you and the besties enjoyed yourselves! Yes, our location is ideal as it is far enough from the traffic to be relaxing but close enough to downtown to be able to shop, sight-see, etc. We would love to have you stay with us again!
Stunning!
The rental could not have been more perfect! We had our elderly mother and aunt. Everyone had their own space while we could come together and enjoy the common area of the living room with the stunning view and kitchen. One bed was low enough to the ground that our mother was able to easily get in and out. The bathrooms were also designed such that a person with a walker could easily manage.
Since we were in town for evening concerts the condo and resort were perfect to relax and enjoy during the daytime. The kitchen was wonderful so we didn't fight the restaurant crowds instead relaxed around the lovely table and took in the amazing view while we ate.
While extremely close to downtown, we enjoyed the peacefulness of being in the mountains. Like almost any location outside of the downtown area, the location is in the mountains so caution is needed when driving.
The property management and staff are wonderful and very kind. Thank you for a very special vacation stay.

Great location and view, clean and spacious.
Great property in a terrific location with gorgeous view. Very clean and felt quite new. Each bedroom has its own on suite bathroom. Our only recommendation would be to provide an extra set of essentials - paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent. We flew in so it's tough to bring all those items on a flight.

Great Family Vacation
We could have not asked for a better rental property! The Highlands is an absolutely gorgeous condo with brand new interiors and furniture and a stunning view of the mountains right when you walk in. It was a quick drive to the park or down to town but away from the hustle and bustle. The heated pool and hot tub was great for a mid day swim after a long morning of hiking. The discount amusement tickets were also a great deal! We had never been to Tennessee before but loved this trip so much we will most definitely be booking at Highlands again.

Fall Break Getaway
Our condo was beautiful and very spacious! The pictures on the website are accurate showing the details of the condo. The location was quiet and away from the busy strip of Gatlinburg, but still only a 15-minute drive away. The view was beautiful from our windows in the condo. The unit was very quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside to this unit was the balcony was close to the elevators, so it was not very private, and the view from the balcony was slightly blocked due to the clubhouse. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again!

Absolutely beautiful vacation spot!
Had a wonderful time at the Highlands! Condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Views are amazing! My grandchildren loved the pool and watching the tram go by. Even got to see a bear!! Highly recommend staying here and we will be back!!
