Great views, activities, peaceful
What a magical place to stay! The view is stunning! The condo itself was gorgeous and clean. Here are some of the highlights:
-The pool had gorgeous views, great hours, and was the perfect temperature.
-We went over 4th of July and the fireworks were visible from the pool/fire pit area.
-It is close to downtown Gatlinburg.
-The moment we got there, we saw bears and the bear family hung around! It was incredible.
-The shower with two shower heads and I credible water pressure may have been the nicest shower I’ve ever taken.
-The pull out bed mattress was actually very comfortable and king size.
Our family of 6 loved it.
We loved our stay here and look forward to our next stay!
Amazing Stay
You may find as good but I do not think you will find better accommodations than this. My wife was happy so we were ALL happy. The view is wonderful and We even got to see a bear roaming the neighborhood.

Beautiful and Strict
The location, facilities and unit was AMAZING. 100% perfection. Exactly as described when we booked it.
The strict part included times allowed to be outside in the common areas. There was a beautiful spot with firepits, but we could not use them past 10pm. had to go inside. same with the pool and hot tub.
There was also a very nice inside lounge area that could not be used after 5pm when the office closed.
The strict rules definitely too away something from our group. It all depends on what you are looking for I guess.

We truly understand your feedback regarding the community rules and how they impacted your group’s experience. The quiet hours and access limitations are in place because this is a shared space, and many guests come to relax and unwind. Your group was quite loud and we have to protect everyone else's vacation with us as well. These types of quiet time policies are quite common in resorts and vacation communities for that very reason.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to strike the right balance, and we truly appreciate you sharing your perspective.
Absolutely great place to stay!
Cannot beat the view from your room...or the fire pit...or the pool...or the fitness room. And the inside is absolutely beautiful! My wife did not want to leave. Easy access to the park, as well as the less touristy side of gatlinburg. Be aware, there were bears present around the facility, so follow the directions of the staff. Do not leave food in your car. Someone had their truck bed cover wrecked by a bear while we were there. Regardless, would book here in a heartbeat if we visit again.

Amazing Views and Stay
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfection! The property was clean and well maintained. We visited Dollywood and this was the perfect place to land afterwards. We will be back!

What a great place to relax
Had a great time. Stayed in condo. 109. Very roomy and comfortable plenty of room for four adults. The view out of the glass panels were magnificent and breathtaking. Had minor issue with patio door lock but maintenance was quick to respond.
